What are the benefits of a Forgiveness Session?
You will be given the opportunity to become aware of your limitations that are carried over from life time to life time.  There are many elements that factor into creating your reality.  We will “dig deep” discovering energetics that have been buried perhaps for countless embodiments. Our intentions are both identifying these pains and traumas as well as offering some simple solutions to facilitate Healing on the deepest level.  This will assist you to release deep-rooted patterns, vows and mechanisms that restrict your creative flow.  We will assist you in shifting your whole way of Being, enabling you to live to your Highest Potential.

Why do I need to look into other lifetimes?
You are an ancient being, one who has had many lifetimes.  We are only looking into those timeframes where there are traumas held in your aspects, especially in your Mental, Emotional and Soul Bodies.  These key elements from particular timeframes are ready to be Healed and embraced with Love.  It is a process of unraveling these traumas, like the pealing of an onion enabling all the parts of yourself to experience Wholeness onceagain.   

How many times will I need to do a Forgiveness Session?
It is most likely necessary to do several Forgiveness Sessions.  Those who are dedicated to shifting their reality and making significant changes in their lives schedule Forgiveness Sessions on a regular basis.  This can be done by phone or in person. 

Our goal is for all Spirit Bodies that may still be in the Astral to forgive themselves enough to return to the Heavens, release any vows or mechanisms that have been created after leaving an embodiment, and most importantly forgive yourself or others.  The Forgiveness Sessions are an important tool in achieving your Absolute Freedom.

When is it appropriate for me to have this session?
Whenever you are ready to FLY!  Seriously, there is no time like the present moment to begin your personal flight to Freedom!  We have all been waiting for the “right timing” to shift our reality, from living in a fear-based reality to one that is ever expanding into Love.  It is my intention to assist you in whatever way best serves your Divine Flow.  We will focus together on bringing you to a state of peace within, singing a song of joyous celebration!

How can I prepare for this type of process?
Be willing to let go of everything you think you know and take a look at your self from a whole new perspective.  It is like looking at yourself in a mirror that has been shinned brightly, so you see yourself clearly and in a whole new way.  You might take the time to communicate as best you can with your Mental, Emotional and Spirit Bodies as they hold the Keys to your success.  This Healing Journey is assessing their willingness to participate fully in your Forgiveness Session.

Is there more I need to know?
Yes! There is just one thing more that you need to know, in the deepest place of awareness, your heart, give yourself permission to be Healed.  It will not serve you if you are not convinced that you deserve to experience life with ease and grace and great Joy!  Say, “YES!  I am ready to experience life being completely whole and free.” 

Who does Cassandra call upon in doing this work?
Cassandra is working hand in hand with the Family of Light those Beings who have our best interests at heart.  Together with your own aspects, including your Soul and Higher Self, we will explore your unique patterning.

How long and what is required, in order to have this session?
The session lasts approximately two hours.  An assessment is taken before the session to see if it is recommended that you first do the “Emotional Body Alignment”, as it will give us the foundation on which to build.  It is essential that ALL of your aspects be in full agreement allowing you to receive the optimum Healing potential from this session.  After the session it is recommended to allow you some stress-free time, creating a gentle opportunity to fully integrate the benefits of this alignment.
